Television network licence renewal

1. |
The Commission renews the
broadcasting licence for the Native-language television network operated
by Wawatay Native Communications Society for the purpose of
broadcasting, via satellite, programming of interest to native groups in
northern Ontario, from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2013. |

The Commission did not receive any
interventions in connection with this application. |

The licence will be subject to
the same conditions as those in effect under the current licence. |
