Administrative

The Commission renews the
broadcasting licences for the cable broadcasting distribution
undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September
2006 to 31 December 2006, subject to the terms and conditions in effect
under the current licences. |

The applications for the renewal of these
licences were published in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-64,
23 May 2006. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on these
applications before the current licences expire. |

This decision does not dispose of any
substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of these
licences. The Commission will issue decisions on the renewal
applications at a later date. |
