Deadline to commence operations
|
1. |
The Commission approves the application
by CHUM Limited for an extension
of the time limit to commence the operation of the Category 2 specialty
programming undertaking now known as Stampede, which was authorized
in The Western Channel, Decision CRTC 2001-700,
16 November 2001 (Decision 2001-700). |
2. |
This is the applicant’s second request for
an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of this
undertaking. |
3. |
The Commission extends, to 16 November
2006, the deadline by which the operation of this specialty service must
commence. This is the final extension to be granted by the Commission
with respect to the implementation of this service. |
4. |
The licence for this undertaking will be
issued once the applicant has informed the Commission in writing that
it is prepared to commence operations. The authority granted in Decision
2001-700 will become null and

set out above. |
