Telecom Decision:
2006-7 The
Commission denies an application by Quebecor Média inc. that the Commission
review and vary its determination in Competitor Digital Network Services, Telecom
Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005, so that facilities-based competitors would
receive compensation for revenues lost as a result of the introduction of
Competitor Digital Network and Competitor Digital Network Access services on the
same basis and over the same period as the incumbent local exchange carriers.
