APPROVED – New transmitters at Castlegar and Grand Forks. This decision replaces Decisions 2006-133 and 2006-134 dated 5 April 2006. 2006-271 Radio Anticosti inc., Port-Menier (Île d’Anticosti), Quebec. APPROVED – Change the frequency from 90.1 MHz (channel 211LP) to 90.5 MHz (channel 213A), increase the average effective radiated power from 6 watts to 88 watts, decrease the antenna height and relocate the transmitter for the radio programming undertaking CJBE-FM Port-Menier (Île d’Anticosti). 2006-272 Durham Radio Inc., Oshawa, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CKDO Oshawa and its transmitter CKDO-FM-1 Oshawa, from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2013. 2006-273 Radio 1540 Limited, Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – New transmitter in Squamish to rebroadcast the programming of its national English-language network service Radio One. 2006-276 Aliant Telecom Inc., on behalf of itself and of Câblevision du Nord de Québec inc., Saint-John/Moncton, New Brunswick; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Rouyn-Noranda, Val d’Or and Poularies, Quebec. APPROVED – Intra-corporate reorganization involving the broadcasting distribution undertakings of Aliant Telecom Inc. and Câblevision du Nord de Québec inc. Telecom Decisions:2006-41 The Commission approves, with modifications, the NPA 600 NXX Code Assignment Guideline. Reference: 8698-C12-200515976. 2006-42 The Commission approves on a final basis revised rates that reflect a 25 percent mark-up, for the period 29 November 2000 to 31 May 2002, for the co-location power services of Bell Canada and TELUS Communications Company. The Commission also approves on a final basis, effective 1 June 2002, revised rates for the co-location power services for these companies that reflect a mark-up of 15 percent.
