Broadcasting Decision:
2006-307
Various licensees, Ontario and Quebec. The Commission revokes the broadcasting
licences issued to the licensees for the undertakings serving the locations
listed in the appendix to the decision.
Telecom Decision:
2006-43 CRTC
Interconnection Steering Committee – Consensus item. The Commission approves the
following consensus reports: Service Intervals, 14 June 2006 (BPRE044b and
CLOGB52_009) and Installation, Testing and Maintenance for unbundled loops and
Standalone Number portability Guidelines, Version 5.0, 9 June 2006 (BPRE054b
and ITMGV50). Reference: 8621-C12-01/00.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2006-7-2
Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-7 and CRTC
2006-7-1, dated 13 and 19 July 2006, relating to a Public Hearing which will be
held on 11 September 2006 at 9:00 a.m at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade
du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces that the Public Hearing
will now take place on 11 September 2006 at 9:30 a.m. at the Convention Centre,
1000 René-Lévesque Boulevard East, Québec, Quebec, to consider the applications
listed on Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-7, in addition to the
application from Radio Nord Communications inc. The deadline for submission of
interventions/comments for this application only is 21 August 2006.
Telecom Order:
2006-189 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Bell Canada, dated
14 June 2004, as amended on 19 October and 1 November 2004, to introduce
item 124, Ethernet T1 Access, to its Access Services Tariff. Reference: TNs 6823,
6823A and 6823B.
