    On 27 July 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the company's Digital Network Services, to modify the rates for Megastream connecting equipment (MCE), for loop connections related to MCE/MEFN (multiplex equipment for feeder network) and service extension device, to eliminate basic and enhanced service extension device charges and to withdraw monthly rates (not applicable in Québec-Téléphone territory) payable on loops linking specific rate centres.

    In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
    The proposed tariff revisions are approved.
