On 24 April 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of a promotional campaign of its "Services Étoiles" (SmartTouch Services) for business single line subscribers, providing for the first month at $2.00 when subscribing to Number Display, Name and Number Display, Call Waiting, Ident-A-Call, Call Forwarding, Intercom service and Call Screen from 25 May to 3 July 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 25 May 1998 are approved.
