On 6 March 1998, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the Special Facilities Tariff Item 23, proposing the addition of Occasional Use Video Fiber services for use within Canada and cross-border to the United States.

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
