Subject: price cap review and related issues

I would like to stop Telus from raising telephone costs.  I do not want to pay for someone elses phone just because they are in an unserved community.  I am a single mother with three children who makes $8.00 per hour for a maximum of 40 hours per week.  As it is I cannot afford to pay my rent, power, and gas.  A phone is not a luxery, it is a nessessity for people with children.  It should not be so expensive that low income families can not afford them.  Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts on the subject.
