Subject: Objections against Bell increasing their rates

I am sending this e-mail to voice my objections to another Bell increase. I

would like to ask what they consider as rural now that the city has

amalgamated, considering that we are all paying taxes under the same tax

base. Also with the kind of service Bell offers, why would they require an

increase, since repair services are all contracted out, and very poor to say

the least. I don't feel we should be paying for others to be able to use

long distance at a cheaper rate.

It is time the CRTC stopped giving in to Bell's requests and think about the

consumer.

I would appreciate a reply to my question what is considered rural.
