Subject: Increase in local service rates
To Whom It May Concern
We do not feel it is necessary to increase the cost of local telephone service for residential customers.Why does the "little guy" the low income earnier, have to be the one to always bear the brunt of price increases.People on fixed incomes will find it difficult to find the additional monies to pay their bills for an essential lifeline and means of communicating.
We are among the thousands on a fixed income.
