Subject: Phone bills

To Whom It May Concern:

The monthly telephone costs from Bell Canada have been increasing far too quickly and we receive less and less service.  I vote that the prices not be allowed to increase again.  Bell is losing customers to cell phone users because it is less costly.  If there were another carrier for local service I would consider switching.  Enough said.  K.
