Incoming Message Arrived at CRTC on 25 September and reads as follows:

I would like more information regarding the Service Improvement Plan. I live in a community of approximately 35 people (15 residents/homes) and we do not have telephone service. We are in the Squamish Lillooet Regional District north of Vancouver in BC. 8km to Squamish. How to we apply? Where can we get more info? Our cell phones work very poorly in this area (Cell towers face North/South, we are located east. Children live in this community. Also if we cannot have phone service is it fair that we pay a subsidy for others?
