Subject: Proposed Service Improvement Plan

Secretary General

CRTC

I am opposed the the proposed Service Improvement Plan as put forward in the "Notice to Customers" sent to my door.

Once again, the hard-working people of this country are going to be gouged to cater to a few.  If telephone service is so important to those people in underserved communities they should not have taken up residence there.  The upgrading and extention of services in communities with lower grade service will only fill the pockets of the telephone company in the long run and the lowly "other customers" will struggle to come up with, and justify, another unjust charge.  It is not my sole duty to cater to others! I will do my best to get by without telephone service entirely if this increase is passed.
