I am absolutely against Telus being able to raise their rates,
especially to subsidise other communities, but primarily because the
service at Telus has become so poor. The icing on the cake is this
stupid 10 digit dialling. No one has explained to me why this is needed.
Oh sure, I understand that we have lots of new cellular, faxes, pagers
etc., but how come a city like New York or Los Angeles with population
much greater than all of BC does not do this?
I feel we are already paying too much for our phone service!
Sincerely,
Sean Donnelly
