Subject: Telephone Expansion

Dear Sirs

This service expansion idea may be with the best of intentions, bur certainly not practical! It must be from Ottawa bureaucrat with absolutely no common sense of Canadian geography. No one has to live without downtown amenities such as running water, flush toilets, electricity or telephones. People choose to live in god forsaken out of the way isolation by choice, to get away from such things as telephones. What right do you have to bring this infernal devise into their chosen location as MY COST?

If you continue on this bent, at least make it available on a taxpayer basis. The more taxes they pay, the more right to some civilized services. I predict most of these chosen people live where they do to avoid paying taxes to stupid people in Ottawa. Get a life and get off my burdened, bent back!
