Subject: Service Improvement plan unserved communities

People living in unserved communities or underserved communities are living in remote areas, by their own choice. If they want to have better facilities such as water, communications, electricity they should pay for these themselves. They pay less taxes of all kind. We already pay for their emergency requirements such as air transportation to a hospital. If they badly need communication they can take a satellite cel phone. I object to paying for their choice of life style.
