Dear Sir,

I am voicing my opinion on cost of servicing unserved communities. I

don't feel I should have to subsidize this program. I feel that if

people wish to make their homes on acreage's or other out lying areas

they should pay for the privilege of initial installation of phone

service themselves.It is part of their choice of living as they want to.

As for subsidizing the upgrading of underserved communities I fully

agree to that.
