Hi,

I have a suggestion that may delay the need for an increase in local telephone rates. As more and more people have access to the internet, do we still require annually distributed paper telephone directory listings? Instead of including the book as part of a telephone subscription, it could be sold at tele-boutiques or ordered by phone. This cost saving would more than make up for the absence of an increase and save a forest or two from the axe each year.

Hope this will be considered in the review process…

Sincerely,

Tom Gilmour
