In response to the notification of Telus' Service improvement plan I would

like to submit my comments. I disagree to having to subsidize telphone

service for unserved communities and communiites with a lower grade of

service. If another service related industry wishes to exploit services or

gain business in a particular area, it does so with its own capital. Why

should a telecommunications company be any different? It will receive

increased profits from the new services so it should use its own money and

not ours to gain in this respect. The Price Cap regulation should stand as

is.
