To whom it may concern:

I am sending this e mail in regards to the proposed rate increase.  I live in a small  Northern New Brunswick community where my family 's average phone bill is approximately eighty nine dollars per month.  This is a lot of money for us to pay out.  With this proposed increase we are going to have to cut some of our services such as Internet or long distance usage, as will most of our neighbors and friends, since there is only so much we can afford to pay out.  I hope you take my comments as a protest against this increase.
