TELUS - SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You just succeed to push us further away from using your other services (long distance & internet & cell)!

People make choices where they live.  Living in an area that doesn't have the 'services' that are up to speed --is my problem?, we are expected to pay for the services FOR THEM???? or for poor Telus??

Perhaps if the other customers have a well that runs dry --we should pay for that too?  Come on!!??? next we'll be paying for phone services in some other country.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOUR SERVICES ARE NOT TOP NOTCH AND NEED TO BE IMPROVED.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT???

It's getting to the point where I'll get a cell phone & services (with another company) and not even have a residential phone if this continues.

I have had health problems and been unable to work for the last 8 years and we are living from paycheck to paycheck.  I don't see you coming forward to give me a break, nor for others that are struggling financially.

GOUGE THE CUSTOMER AGAIN AND DRAIN THEM DRYER THAN THEY ARE.  What the heck, EH?

Your goal to end up with us paying the bill is an insult to me and as I said you just push us further and further away to be your customerJUST DON'T FORGET WE DO YOU A FAVOR by using your services......don't forget WE ARE THE CUSTOMER.  Just because at this point there is no competition doesn't mean you take advantage of us!

On the first opportunity for another residential server coming on the scene to give me a choice of who I'll be with?  Guess where you'd be?              do you even care?
