To whom it may concern,

After receiving a notice to vote on this in my recent phone bill I would like to say that I don't clearly understand the situation given the description I received, however I am certain that I do not want to pay any more for the service I presently have.  Phone rates are far to high as far as I am concerned, and continue to go up on a regular basis - unlike my income.
