Dear Commissioners:

As a captive customer of Telus (formerly BC Tel), I wish to protest any increase to the basic fee structure of Telus. This obnoxious monopoly has been regularly raising it’s rates and converting formerly included services – for example, directory asistance -  to pay-per-use services for far too long.

In the absence of any real competition, only you have the power to curb the bottomless greed of this arrogant corporation. While you are at it, have them discontinue the obnoxious advertising which they inflict upon us every time we get a busy signal from a number we have dialed.
