I don't feel that rate increases are warranted at this time. Not too

long ago we were notified that the NO LIMIT long distance calling had

been limited to 800 minutes per month. In the initial offering I was

told that if I wasn't going to use 800 minutes per month the plan was a

waste of money for me. Less sevice for more money seems to be taking a

step backwards to me. I strongly urge a very careful review of the

proposal before granting any increases in rates. Thank you for your
