Subject: Price Cap Review

I hope Telus doesn't increase its monthly service fee.

Telus makes money on Internet charges, long distance charges, *69, directory assistance, special phones, connection fees -- as a matter of fact, there are so many services that Telus offers for a fee that Telus cannot list them all in its phone book.  Nor does Telus list the prices because the prices keep going up.  Over the years, Telus has automated more and more of its services, saving money on operators' salaries.  Now Telus wants to phase out payphones.

I think that BASIC phone service is an essential service (including payphones).

Please keep the cap on monthly phone service fees.
