I wouldn't mind an increase of about $3 month, but I don't like it increasing by $6, $9 & $12 for the ensuing years. That would mean $144 additional a year. I've been very happy with TELUS up till now, but I don't like this, and if this is what it's going to be I'll change. I don't know why TELUS is having to do this. I like the idea of helping these people get a phone, but not to the tune of $144 a year. I'm a senior and I can't afford that.
