Subject: Price Cap Review
I do not have enough information to state I fully understand the entire
issue or know what has gone on prior to this notice. However, I would
like to voice my strong objection to the proposal as read. Should there
be areas that are remote and/or sparsely populated that would like to be
serviced by Telus, let them pay for the service. I resent the concept of my
being forced to pay an extra $3/month let alone the suggested max of
$35/month!! These people have chosen to live in these unserviced areas.
Until their numbers warrant Telus moving in and servicing it they will
have to be content with satellite phones, cell phones if the service is
available, community type phones or perhaps party lines.
Count me out. Please consider this letter an objection from myself, my
family and my parents Ted & Joy Tilby.
Sincerely,
Rick Tilby
