Please be advised that I think your plan to greatly increase the phone

rates of people living in rural communities is absolutely contemptuous.

For years our service has been provided at comparable rates to those

living in urban areas and your companies have made record profits. To

now insult those of us living in these more rural areas by telling us we

have to pay more is simply unacceptable. Please reconsider these rate

increases.
