Subject: Telus Application for Rate Increase

Dear Sirs:

Further to Telus' application for rate increases, we wish to express our objection to the proposed exorbitant increase of $3.00 per month per year .  That amounts to a 10% increase which is far in excess of the inflation rate.  We are currently trying to survive in a recessionary period which has been further aggravated by the New York Bombing. 

We object to any increase at this time.
