Hearing and Mediation Schedules

The hearing and mediation schedule is prepared and submitted to the parties approximately three months in advance. Numerous changes due to settlements, withdrawals and adjournments may take place prior to the actual hearing or mediation dates. Although the schedule is updated and posted weekly, it is recommended that you confirm with the representative or the organization that a particular hearing or mediation is to proceed as scheduled.
