This manual contains five parts. Each part is a separate mini-manual applying to a separate tool, except that PART 1 applies to all.

Part I - Introduction and Detailed Table of Contents

• Detailed Table of Contents; Description of Process

Part II - Priority Registration

• To Register a Priority Person into the Priority Inventory

Part III - Priority Clearance and\or Recruitment Requests

• To initiate a search of the priority inventory (and/or to request recruitment)

Part IV - Priority Referrals, Feedback form and Priority Clearance

• To inform the PSC of the results of priority referrals
• To provide or deny priority clearance number

Part V - Reports

• To generate statistical reports; to monitor, manage, plan
