JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tax Policy Researcher (economist): Participates in planning and developing assessments, evaluations, and policy research on tax provisions; provides analytical and quantitative expertise in developing appropriate methodologies, models and statistics for analyzing the fiscal, economic and social impacts of tax provisions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Tax Policy Researcher (economist) Persons to be assessed must be enrolled full-time in a graduate economics degree program at either a Master's or Doctorate level, have a high academic standing and be continuing in that program after Summer 2006 and must have completed courses in micro-economic theory or taxation or public finance at the graduate level.
