The Public Service Commission (PSC) research function changed in January 2004 with the creation of the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada (PSHRMAC).
Research related to demographics, modeling or comparative developments in recruitment, employment equity and related practices, public and private sector, is now the responsibility of PSHRMAC.
