Executive Counselling Services - Fee Structure

ECS is a cost-recovery service paid for by your employer. Our services are funded in two ways:

1. If your department or agency has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ECS, you may be eligible for a fixed amount of financial support for our services. In that case, you may call ECS at any time to set up an appointment.
2. In the absence of an MOU, you will be required to complete a Billing Authorization Form and have it approved by your employer. You can have a form faxed to you by calling ECS at (613) 943-1195 or you can download the form by clicking on Billing Authorization Form and fax it back to us at (613) 952-9758. Upon receipt of the completed and approved form, you will be contacted by an ECS representative to set up your first appointment.

The total cost of our services will depend on the nature and range of personalized services delivered. On average, the total fee for service to one client is approximately $2,500.

ECS charges the following fees for its individual services:

Assessment Services: Cost of assessment instruments ranges between $30 and $300 per instrument plus feedback session(s) at $220 per hour.

Career Development Planning: Cost of leadership potential and interest assessment ($200 to $700) plus development sessions at $220 per hour.

Coaching Services: $220 per hour (number of coaching sessions varies based on client needs).

Simulated Board Interviews: $950 plus coaching session(s) at $220 per hour.

Career Challenges: $220 per hour (number of sessions varies based on client needs).
