The PSC is establishing a new Service Agency as part of its continuing effort to provide high quality services and support to departments.

While this means some restructuring and realignment of resources, the Service Agency will continue to have a presence in all regions of Canada . In fact, it has introduced standardized service levels to ensure that the needs of departments are met consistently across the country. The Service Agency is committed to these standards, and is fostering a sound service culture through client satisfaction surveys, tracking and monitoring of service quality.
