Recent amendments to specific chapters
Chapter 3 - Establishing Qualifications & Conditions of Employment
Chapter 3 (Sections 3.6 and 3.8) has been amended to agree with the wording contained in the Mercer Federal Court of Appeal decision. Specifically, in preparing the Statement of Qualifications, it is the responsibility of the manager to identify which of the sub-factors (i.e., elements) are compensatory or non-compensatory. If no such identification is provided on the Statement of Qualifications, all listed elements are presumed to be compensatory. (July 18, 2005)
