The Decision Search System (DSS) contains over 2000 decisions of the Workplace Health, Safety & Compensation Review Division. It is intended for use by the general public to assist with issues surrounding workers' compensation appeals.

You can search on the DSS site for a word or a phrase. Simply enter your search criteria and the applicable decisions will be displayed for you to view or print. Refine your search results by using the Advanced Search option.
