In using the Québec Portal (hereinafter referred as the
“portal”), you agree to the conditions governing its use set
forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as
the “conditions”). These conditions may be modified at any
time. We therefore advise you to refer back to
them regularly.
Personal use
The portal is made available to surfers exclusively for personal
and non-commercial use.
Description of the service
The portal provides information to surfers who wish to learn
about Québec. It also posts many services and programs offered on
line by the various Québec departments, government agencies and
others.

The portal includes links to other websites. As the Department
has no control over these websites, it cannot warrant the accuracy

Furthermore, the Department shall not be held responsible for any
real or alleged damage to the goods or services found on these
websites, connected with, or related to the use or the fact of
relying on the content.
Exclusion of responsibility
No advice or information obtained in using the portal can create
guarantees.
Concerning the Portal :
The information found on the portal originates from many
departments and agencies, outside sources as well as other
governments and municipalities. The Department made every effort to
ensure the accuracy, currentness and reliability of the content of
the portal. Sections of the portal are revised regularly. However,
certain recent changes could be missing. In such a case, please
inform us.

The Department does not assume any liability for the information
posted on the portal.
