Best Practices for Informal Discussion
- You are a Human Resources Advisor and a manager comes to you for your assistance. She is in the middle of running an internal advertised process. She has marked the knowledge exam and has eliminated four persons from the process. One of these persons has asked for informal discussion and she does not know what to do.
- What advice and assistance can you give her to help her prepare for the informal discussion?
