Context - PSMA Overview

  • Amends the Financial Administration Act (FAA)
  • Amends and re-names the Staff Relations Act - Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA)
  • Canadian Centre for Management Develpment Act becomes the Canada School of Public Service Act (CSPSA)
  • Creates new Public Service Employment Act (PSEA)
