About the Post-Secondary Recruitment Program
The Post-Secondary Recruitment Program (PSR) seeks post-secondary
graduates who have the qualifications needed to fill entry-level
positions in federal government organizations.
There are two components to PSR:
- advertised career choices; and
- general inventory.
Advertised career choices are only open at certain times of the year
through recruitment campaigns. The campaigns generally begin in the
fall, winter and spring. The general inventory is open year-round
to students of all fields of study. It is a quick way for managers
to fill positions. Job opportunities vary with the needs of
government organizations.
You can apply by completing the applications at My Jobs.
