ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Possession of a diploma in Nursing.

ASSET QUALIFICATION
A degree from a recognized university in Nursing, Nursing Service Administration, Nursing Education, or some other specialty relevant to the position.

Occupational Certification

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Registered Nurses in the province of practice.

Experience

Essential Qualifications:

. Recent experience in a medical, surgical or psychiatric setting.

Asset Qualifications:
. Extensive experience in areas such as the following:
-community health,
-infectious diseases,
-medical-surgical,
-emergency,
-psychiatric nursing.

Conditions of Employment:
• A satisfactory pre-employment medical clearance for candidates not currently in the NU group is required for this position.
• Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a reliability security clearance.
