Education

Useful Information

Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Experience

Extensive experience in analyzing complex contracting issues and providing senior management and clients with advice and interpretation of policies and regulations.
Experience in developing solicitations for professional services and evaluating proposals.
