Experience

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience is required in EACH of the following areas:

. Experience in supporting results-based planning and performance processes.
. Experience with coordinating projects involving interdisciplinary teams.
. Experience in researching and analyzing information, and in writing and presenting reports and related communication materials.
. Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Willingness and ability to work overtime and travel.
• Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a reliability status security clearance.

    • Master’s degree in planning.
    • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Challenge

Reporting to the Planning & Reporting Coordinator, provides support to the planning and reporting functions, including: assisting in the development and implementation of planning and reporting processes; supporting the development of a results-based planning approach (including scorecards); coordinating environmental scans, including gathering stakeholder input; providing guidance to Business Units on planning and reporting; summarizing and communicating planning session outcomes; coordinating working groups to produce quarterly reports; assisting in the development and preparation of planning and reporting documents; and documenting planning-related Quality Management System processes.
