Successful completion of secondary school and/or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

. Experience in providing administrative support and services.
. Experience in maintaining a budget system including forecasting, variance reporting and reporting on financial activities.
. Experience in tracking and processing payment of invoices and contracts for services.
. Experience in participating as a team on projects.
. Experience in developing terms of reference, contracts or service agreements.

Other Merit Criteria and Conditions of Employment

  • The following merit criteria may be required for this position. Applicants should indicate in their application if they meet the merit criteria.
    • Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary education program in administrative studies or another specialty relevant to the position.
    • Experience working with OASIS.
    • Experience synthesizing financial information for multiple RCMs.
    • Experience with creating, using and managing budgetary spreadsheets.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Reliability clearance
• A completed isolated post health declaration may be required prior to appointment.

Challenge

Under direction, administers and provides advice on financial, procurement, human resources and information management services involving a multi-million dollar budget and multi-level projects. Provide general office support.
