Experience working in DND.
Experience with cash handling and operation of automated point of sale terminal.
Experience in food handling, including preparation and serving food in a commercial or industrial setting.
Experience in operating relevant kitchen equipment.

    Ability to attend training as required by management.
    Willingness to work flexible hours.

Work Environment

Canadian Forces Base Shilo, which is 25 minutes east of Brandon, is home to the First Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (1RCHA) and 2nd Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (2PPCLI).

The base and surrounding area provide full accommodations and have all the amenities individuals may require. Recreation facilities located at CFB Shilo include a newly renovated sports complex, an exciting and challenging 18-hole golf course, movie theatre, and bowling alley.

The base helps provide a safe environment for residents with both fire and ambulance services available on base. For families, there are schools, medical and dental clinics and a new community centre complex to help meet all the requirements a family may need.

Shilo is an excellent place to grow, with many opportunities to get involved in many different clubs and organizations.
