Successful completion of secondary school OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience is required in EACH of the following:

. Experience in coordinating learning/training sessions, workshops, conferences and/or information sessions and preparing the related documentation, resources, agenda and logistics.
. Experience in preparing reports and correspondence.
. Experience in providing client service.

Challenge

Management and implementation of regional learning programs while taking a coaching approach in facilitating the continuing development of a learning organization which will engage regional employees and managers in learning solutions that meet the needs of the region and which support the objectives of the results based management framework.
