Experience

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience is required in EACH of the following areas:
. Experience in performing reception functions.
. Experience in operating a personal computer and software applications including word processing, spreadsheet, email and internet browsing.
. Experience in performing administrative and financial duties.

    • Experience in working with SAP.
    • Experience in filing system including electronic filing and archiving.
    • Experience in writing basic correspondence and minutes.
  • CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
    • Willingness to undergo and successfully pass an enhanced reliability security clearance.
    • A completed isolated post health declaration may be required prior to appointment.

Key Activities
• Receives and assists clients/general public, answers enquires, provides information or directs visitors to appropriate individuals or other departments.
• Provides administrative support to program officers (4 total) in areas such as travel arrangements, purchasing, coordinating dissemination of promotional material, photocopying and equipment maintenance.
• Enters data in Grants & Contribution Integrated Management System.
• Manages office budget in electronic financial systems.
• Files and archives grants/contributions and administration files.
